Optional Post-Conference Activity
No "formal" post-conference tours are planned but for those who enjoy museums, the Phoenix Art Museum has generously offered CBHL Meeting attendees free admission on Saturday May 18. You could also consider a visit to the nearby Heard Museum though you would be responsible for admission there. These two museums are a half mile from one another and just a 30 minute Light Rail ride from the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel.

The Phoenix Art Museum specializes in Fashion, Latin American, Asian, and Contemporary art collections, but also has extensive Western American and European collections.
Flora - Phoenix Art Museum will be featuring a fun twist on botanical art in its fashion exhibit, Flora. How perfect for CBHL!
Mexican Photographers, Mexican Views - The photograph below is part of the exhibition, Mexican Photographers, Mexican Views, which "features more than 60 photographs created solely by Mexican artists that offer an intimate view into 20th-century Mexico and the country’s shifting national identity." Heard Museum
The Heard Museum is a premier museum specializing in American Indian art.
Josef Albers in Mexico - The description for this exhibition states, "The Heard Museum is proud to announce its presentation of Josef Albers in Mexico, organized by the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, curated by Lauren Hinkson. Opening February 1, 2019 and running through May 27th, 2019, Josef Albers in Mexico is an exhibition which elucidates the influence and connectivity between the work of Albers (German, 1888-1976), and the abstracted geometric vocabulary of pre-Columbian art, architecture, and material culture."
