Desert Botanical Garden welcomes The Council on Botanical and Horticultural Libraries to Phoenix!
This meeting's theme, Adapt and Flourish in a Changing Climate promises a dynamic forum
for learning about adaptations -- in the natural world and in our professional world.
Desert plants illustrate beautifully how to adapt and flourish in a most challenging climate.
Librarians adapt too, as the field evolves and expands with technological change.
In Phoenix, we will share our best practices in collections care
and management, trends in technology and user engagement, and fresh strategies for
adapting and flourishing in an ever-changing digital landscape.
Two special speakers will bring the theme of Adapting and Flourishing to life.To learn more, go to the Guest Speakers tab.
If you would like to make a presentation, please email an abstract and brief bio to Beth Brand at bbrand@dbg.org by Friday, March 22nd.
