The Phoenix metropolitan area is served by Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and is about 10 minutes from Tempe Mission Palms, the conference hotel.
For guests of Tempe Mission Palms, a courtesy shuttle to and from Sky Harbor Airport is available daily on the hour and half hour from 5:30 am - 10:00 pm (see shuttle and driving instructions below and also on the Hotel tab).
Considering a rental car and staying at Tempe Mission Palms? The local Tempe Enterprise Rental Car will drop a vehicle off at the hotel allowing you to avoid the time consuming inconvenience that is the Phoenix Airport Rental Car Center. You can also leave the rental car at the hotel when you're done and take the hotel shuttle to the airport for free. To take advantage of this service, call the hotel desk at (480) 894-1400 and ask to speak with Otto, Tom or Martha about reserving an Enterprise rental. Rates start at $42.99 per day for a compact car and goes up $5.00 for any upgrades (one day rental is 24 hours).

To the hotel:
When your luggage is in-hand, please call our hotel at (480) 894-1400. The operator will direct you to the proper curbside location for your terminal, and advise you of the estimated pick up time.
To the airport:
It is recommended that individuals arrive at the airport 1½ to 2 hours prior to departure time. Please take that into consideration when deciding what time to leave the hotel.
The shuttle leaves on the hour and the half hour. Please be in the front lobby near the Bell desk 10 minutes prior to shuttle departure. Let a Bellman know you are taking the next shuttle.
Guests will be taken to the airport on a space available basis. We do not take reservations.
