In person registration includes all conference presentations, speakers, business meeting, Literature Award and other activities such as Gardens tours, and the welcome reception on Tuesday, lunch Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and the closing banquet dinner on Friday. The hotel has cancelled all shuttles due to COVID There is no conference shuttle. Participants must arrange their own travel accommodations to and from hotel, to the conference events, and airport.
Virtual registration includes member presentations, special guest speakers, the business meeting, and the Annual Literature Award presentation.

Member, in person: $175
Non-member, in person: $200
Member, virtual: $80
Non-member, virtual: $100
Option to bring a guest for the opening reception and/or closing dinner banquet: $45
FYI -- The registration software will send a confirmation email to the person named on the credit card used for payment. The email message will say "You are registered" even if that person is only named on the credit card and not the person being registered. This has caused some confusion, but there is no need for concern. The name of the person being registered and their information has been noted in the system despite what the email says.
