54th CBHL Annual Meeting 2022

The hotel has cancelled all shuttles due to Covid. There is no conference shuttle.  Participants must arrange their own travel accommodations to and from hotel, to the conference events, and airport.

Transportation

Most conference events will be held at Freyer – Newman Center for Science, Art and Education, 1085 York Street, Denver, CO 80206

Flying to Denver:

• Denver's airport code is DEN -- our airport is a hub for United Airlines and also offers flights via most major airlines including Southwest and Jet Blue.
• To get from the airport to central Denver, take the Denver Light Rail A Line (unless you decide to rent a car).

Taking the train to Denver:

• Denver's Union Station is a stop on the Amtrak California Zephyr Line, which runs from Chicago, IL to the Bay Area in California.

Taking the bus to Denver:

• Greyhound Bus Lines will connect you to Denver from a variety of U.S. locations.

Rideshare options:

• Rideshare options are available through Lyft and Uber, and cost ranges from around $8-$30, depending on available options and timing of the ride.

  • Don’t like e-tickets? You can pay cash on the bus and/or buy a transit card at a light rail station.

Be aware that Denver Botanic Gardens is not near a Light Rail Station, all bus routes from the conference hotel require a changeover, and there is no shuttle available from the hotel.
