BRIT Library & Archives: Local resources

Fort Worth Public Library institutional card

All BRIT staff have access to a Fort Worth Public Library (FWPL) institutional card to use for work purposes.

Please ask Ana for more details if interested in using this card to access online materials or physical books.

TCU Library accounts

BRIT Research staff have the ability to view and check out TCU's physical materials and some of their electronic resources, including eBooks, journal articles, and databases.  Research staff are considered non-campus patrons as research staff at a CDLC member institution.

If you haven't received your TCU account credentials, contact Ana at library@brit.org.

Logging into your TCU account

Visit lib.tcu.edu and click on "Renew items / My Account" in the bottom left column.

To log in, enter your library card number (or for users with older accounts, your username) and password.  If you've forgotten your username, contact Ana.  If you've forgotten your password, call Access Services at 817-257-7112 for a password reset.

This module will tell you which items you have checked out and holds you've placed, if any.

Searching TCU Library's electronic resources

Visit TCU's Catalog here.

View and search TCU databases accessible to CDLC members here.

When prompted to log in to view electronic materials, be sure to switch to "Clark Society" before entering your login credentials.
