Established in 1991, the Founders' Fund Travel Fellowship is a memorial to deceased CBHL members. The purpose of the Founders' Fund Travel Fellowship Award is to provide limited financial support to assist qualified applicants in attending the annual meeting. Should more applicants qualify to receive the award than are available each year, the recipients will be selected by blind lottery. A Fellowship winner may only reapply for the Award after ten years.
The committee members are the current Board of Directors, chaired by the President. The number of awards, the amount of the award and the process for applying for the award is determined by the Board of Directors annually.
For 2022, the Board of Directors has decided on offering three awards in the amount of $500 each. Please see attached 2022 Founders Fund Travel Award application.
