- 8:00 am - 5:00pm Registration at Cleveland Botanic Garden
- 10:00 - 11:30 Workshop: Basic Book Repair for Beginners on a Budget, presented by Ellie Strong and Sharlane Gublin
- 12:30 – 6:00 PM committee meetings, including Ad-Hoc Strategic Planning Committee
- 6:30-8:30 Opening reception at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History

- 12:45-2:30 Business Meeting
- 3pm to 5pm tours of Holden Arboretum
- 5:00 to 5:30 flex time
- 5:30 to 6:30 reception, Reinberger Room
- 6:30 to 7:30 dinner, Visitor Center Lobby
